Kimberly is a strategic, innovative consultant with more than 20 years of global, regulatory and legislative policy expertise, including state and federal lobbying. As a consultant, she advises and assists organizations of all sizes with advancing public policy interests on a global scale.
Previously, Kim spent 14 years at Amgen, where she worked to develop and advance science-based policy that aligned with corporate interests. She engaged with senior government officials and testified at legislative hearings across the United States regarding policyissues. As a result of her work, 30 states have adopted laws that permit appropriate substitution of biosimilars and facilitate pharmacovigilance.
Prior to her time at Amgen, Kim worked in a variety of government positions at the state and federal level. She has worked in the Ohio State Legislature, the United States Senate, the Peace Corps, and the United States Department of Justice.
Kim attended Miami University, where she received a Bachelor's of Philosophy degree with Honors. She has also received her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School, where she graduated cum laude.
